2) BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & STAKEHOLDER ALIGNMENT
• REPRESENT EPS TO CUC, CNMI AGENCIES, FEDERAL FUNDING
PARTNERS, AND UTILITY STAKEHOLDERS
• HELP DEFINE RENEWABLE ENERGY PLANS THAT IMPROVE GRID
RESILIENCY AND REDUCE FUEL COSTS
• ENGAGE COMMUNITY LEADERS AND LOCAL PARTNERS TO SUPPORT
PROJECT ACCEPTANCE AND SUCCESS
• IDENTIFY FUTURE SOLAR AND STORAGE OPPORTUNITIES ACROSS
THE ISLANDS
3) PROJECT MANAGEMENT
• COORDINATE ENGINEERING TASKS, PROCUREMENT, CONSTRUCTION,
AND CONTRACTOR ACTIVITIES
• MONITOR PROJECT PROGRESS AND MANAGE RISKS, COSTS, AND
SCHEDULING CHALLENGES
• ENSURE PERMITTING, INSPECTIONS, AND INTERCONNECTION
APPROVALS ARE COMPLETED PROPERLY
• PROVIDE STATUS UPDATES AND REPORTS TO EPS EXECUTIVE
LEADERSHIP
4) FINANCIAL & OPERATIONAL OVERSIGHT
• SUPPORT GRANT COMPLIANCE AND PROPER HANDLING OF PROJECT
BUDGETS
• COORDINATE LOGISTICS AND CUSTOMS CLEARANCE FOR CRITICAL
ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT
• MAINTAIN ACCURATE PROJECT DOCUMENTATION ALIGNED WITH EPS
GOVERNANCE POLICIES
5) SAFETY, QUALITY & WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT
• ENFORCE SAFETY PROCEDURES AND QUALITY STANDARDS ON ALL
PROJECT SITES
• ENSURE EQUIPMENT TESTING AND INSTALLATION MEETS U.S.
COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS
• TRAIN AND MENTOR LOCAL STAFF TO INCREASE IN-TERRITORY
